Everyone who works in the hotel is reasonably good and knowledgeable. The setting is favourable and magnificent, close to a movie theater, huge mall, grocery stores, and ton of great restaurants as well as stores, gas stations and restaraunts.

It's a pity but there was no pressure.

The room we booked was bright and tidy with 1 queen bed and neitherofwhich was open and a pull out couch. The lounge area was good for breakfasts. The extremely helpful staff gave good recommendations.

Location: the hotel was close enough to other restaurants, coffee shops, the Rivertown Mall, and so on and restaraunts and the coast. My room was brand-new with the bathroom and a pull out couch, as example as described.

The hotel is conveniently located on the outskirts of a bustling area, close to numerous businesses and not far from shopping and a movie theater. It is also in the vibrant Grand Rapids area. The rooms are clean and in good shape, offering a comfortable stay for families with two queen beds and a sofa bed. The bathroom is well-maintained and the service provided is satisfactory. Guests can enjoy a good, hot, complimentary breakfast and towels are provided for the pool.

The King room was great!!!! The room was large and clean. The look was very nice and the bed was comfy! We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was very good as well. We would stay there again!! Only 10 minutes from a lot of shoping!

We stayed on the fifth floor and the water pressure wasn't great when we took a shower the morning after. Other then that it was great!

The staff was very friendly and willing to help us when needed. Very efficient.

It would have been nice to have the pool open 24 hours.
