Truly enjoyed our vacation in this first-rate hotel. The facilities were good and the breakfast was gluten free and good hot with fresh blueberries and strawberries and grapes.

I came to Florence for shopping - everything was nice. Central location was a plus. There were shopping malls and a supermarket around the hotel.

It has a comfortable location near a Chili's restaurant and many other restaurants and stores, airport and children's museum. Besides, we thoroughly enjoyed the lake, located within 20 mins walk of the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and location of the hotel, and can't wait to go back. The property had a central setting down the southeastern coast of the U. And we were near the Cincinnati airport. Lobby was perfect for breakfast.

The staff are caring and the location is absolutely perfect and excellent to several attractions in the area. Cracker Barrel, where you can eat dinner, is just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. This property offers a nice size rooms with very nice shower, the bedroom and the couch.

The hotel is first-rate and spotless, nestled in a beautiful building. The breakfast is excellent, the room is a nice size and well laid out with king size bed. The staff are professional and really helpful and deserve a 3-star rating. The location it has right by Florence, KY, Cincinnati, and restaurants and stores is comfortable and absolutely perfect. Also, I loved World of Golf, set at a short distance from the property. Will be back on my next trip to Florence.

New building and rooms for a sink in the bathroom. Favourable and awesome location in Florence, close to Cincinnati and the Ark Encounter and several attractions in the area and supermarket.

My room included a seating area, an iron and ironing board, and a work desk. Warm and excellent breakfasts with strawberries and fresh blueberries, everyone could try something new. All of the staff members were fine and awesome.

You guys made our stay fine. Units with huge sofa very nice shower etc.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just a short distance away from the main street. The staff, including the new trainees, were all very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, showers were clean, and the room had a cozy sitting area. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. And to top it all off, they even sold local craft beer at the bar! Definitely a great place for a group of friends.

Hip new hotel in a nice enough area not far from stores and restaurants as well as the center. Very impressed with king room for our needs. With coffee/tea makers and a fridge. Magnificent location to Veteran's Memorial.

It's spotless with a central location to several attractions in the area.
