Brand-new, pet-friendly rooms provided with mini fridge, coffee, shower. Very responsive and responsive staff, early check in.

The location was suburban, perfect close to a theater. Had a functional and reasonably large room with the handicap shower and a pull out couch and a very serviceable condition, and I couldn't ask for more.

Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

It's a brand-new hotel with reasonably large and pet-friendly rooms. The location is beautiful in a residential area, adjacent to many restaurants, the highway, and High Street, the all the attractions like the Zoo, Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Movie theater, and Worthington or Delaware, OH.

Everything was really good, the parking was on site, the room was well-appointed and pet-friendly. The staff were attentive and efficient and the pool was lovely. I loved the room, the bed was great. Its convenient, suburban location was a plus.

Stunning and beautiful location, the free parking was available. The staff was very attentive, efficient all the time. The breakfast had lots of options, toast, cereal, and fruit.

The room we were offered an upgrade to was a nice size and included WiFi, a writing table, and a couch. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was reasonably spacious. Its location was prime, in the Columbus-Worthington-Dublin area, and in a secure area. Also, the hotel was 2 miles away from Orange Johnson House Museum.

Good food in the restaurant, delicious and good breakfast with muffins and fresh breads, for example. Beautiful, perfect location close to everything.

The room is a nice size and essentials you need, including WiFi, a writing table, and a couch, is right there. The staff is delightfully helpful, professional. We would stay here again, enjoyed its prime location.

As for me location is beautiful, next to Close to restaurants as well as the Columbus zoo, Easton Shopping area, and lots of food choices. I truly enjoyed the stuff, they are extremely friendly and very attentive.

The stunning and magnificent location for the price, very close to many good restaurants and the Columbus zoo. Functional & reasonably large rooms with the sofa, the couch plus a nice sofa area in addition to the bed.

The room at Hyatt Place was spacious and clean, providing plenty of room for my family to relax. The bed was comfortable and the shower was refreshing. Although there were a few small issues, the staff was friendly and quick to resolve them. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

The location was comfy and best possible - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go. It was across the nice area.

The venue was exceptionally clean and the staff were accommodating and exceptionally nice. I liked the room, it was updated and exceptionally clean with the sectional sofa, the handicap shower and bathroom. I had coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator. The location was ideal - close to many restaurants, the highway, and High Street, Movie theater and local attractions. I found Pies and Pints offering shots and different drinks 1 mi of the venue.

The room was well-appointed with a writing desk and a couch.

What a comfy location in a valley! And close to several restaurants and the Zoo, Outlet Mall, Restaurants, Movie theater and Worthington or near Columbus.
