Pets are accepted with certain weight restrictions and with a credit card based refundable cleaning deposit of $100. The hotel does not require a deposit for licensed service animals.

Grill 425 restaurant offers an American cuisine with a South Texas flare. It also provides in-room dining and poolside service.

Bar 424 in the lobby lounge offers different cocktails, beers and wines.

  The bed and bathroom were fine and standard to most updated hyatt locations, hotel was clean and the staff were very nice, the front desk was polite and professional. The room was very large and the food was very good.

  Hotel staff were excellent, service was fantastic and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Food was delicious, well prepared.

  The internet was very slow in the business center, certainly not worth the money we spent for the nite.

  Hated this cheap hotel, the Lobby is very nice as are the rooms and the beds are new and very comfortable. The bar and restaurant are great and there is a good food selection.

  The hotel interior and exterior were clean and free of any debris, the staff were all helpful and pleasant, room service was fast, reasonable and tasty. The roomservice food was sooooooo good.

  Mainly the location has been a factor and i just haven't felt that safe, as a low rate paying guest I did not feel any difference.

  Other staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, the customer service was fantastic, in sum the room was lovely and simple. The restaurant had a substantial menu and the salad i ordered was delicious.

  The hotel airport shuttles worked well and the staff were superbly trained, friendly, and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, the restaurant and bar were spacious and great food and drink.

  Front desk staff very professional and large rooms. An excellent restaurant and bar, adequate facilities and clean.

  The hotel changed ownership after i booked online, not worth the money and umm the kitchen food is good not the greatest.
