It is undoubtedly a well-appointed and good modern option when in Short Pump. The hotel is reasonably clean, the staff is always attentive, and the room is a nice size and well-kept. The location is really very good, there is a movie theater and a theater next to the venue. It's next to restaurants and the movies too.

This hotel had a central position to all the activity that is occurring where you are staying.

The location was marvellous and incredible for visiting the movies and restaurants near the hotel. There were a shopping mall and a large shopping mall around the venue. The room we had included a seating area, a writing desk, and an iron and ironing board. The bar was good for breakfasts.

The location was great, just a pleasant stroll away from a shopping mall. Everyone from the staff was amazingly friendly and friendly. The room was big size and elegant with separate bedroom, we stayed in all day.

The hotel was perfectly clean and the breakfast was free and delicious. The rooms were tastefully decorated, brand-new, and the beds were comfortable. The location was comfortable and fantastic - next to restaurants and a movie theater. Also it was next to a movie theater and a theater.

Also, location was unbeatable, within walking distance of a shopping mall. The area was very nice just off restaurant and shops and lots of restaurants.

Had a very nice stay for 2 nights at the beginning of this month. It was in a central location, to Short Pump town center. Easily reached City Diner, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. The staff was helpful at all levels.

Really enjoyed Short Pump, the hotel was well-appointed to all the activity that is occurring where you are staying. All the staffs were always attentive and efficient. The breakfast had a wide array of selection, the food was good. The location was incredible - very close to a great mall with lots of wonderful restaurants, the shopping center in Short Pump and Richmond to Hyatt House. The whole experience was really nice.

We appreciated spending 1 night here. Perfect hip new hotel with good value, we had a fairly nice stay. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. The location was amazing, just a short walk away from a shopping mall. Moreover, it was really close to shopping mall, restaurant, Richmond, VA, and good restaurants and department stores.

It was a really really nice stay during my visit. The staff was very amiable, cooperative, and everything was nice. The breakfast in the lobby was delicious.

Good-sized and brand-new rooms with separate bedroom, really helpful staff. Marvellous breakfast with plenty of food. Magnificent nice location, to the other shopping centers.

The room was well laid out and great-sized with a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

The breakfast was free with omelettes cooked to order and good coffee and an omelet station, outstandingly accommodating and superfriendly stuff. Separate room, very comfy bed and large bathroom. Unbeatable central location, really close to the Short Pump mall and Wholefoods, restaurants as well as the arena of Hotels. Also, to Short Pump stores.
