            The room was fine and had a view over the pool, the selection of food and the quality of was pretty good, spa and massage service was great.

            The spa area is just splendid and is included in the price, Tapolca is very nice. Reception does 's job like a well trained robot.

            Excellent hotel, helpful staff and the playing room for children is a big disappointment. The food is very good.

            Reception is working rather slow and the waiters in the bar are rude. Drinks are a bit overpriced.

            Tapolca is a nice city and all other members of the hotel are very kind. Price are attractive and the staff is polite and professional. The rooms are big and clean, fresh fruits and vegetables are always available.
