We had a wonderful time surrounded by the perfect scenic hills. The hotel facilities were impeccable, including a great breakfast selection and friendly staff. We also enjoyed parking easily on site. The location was unique, feeling like we were on a hike up to the top of the mountain, and also conveniently close to the falls.

It was a wonderful stay with breathtaking mountain views, superb and delicious food, and friendly and dedicated staff who made our stay remarkable. The location is like heaven on earth, a natural therapeutic retreat that deserves the effort to get there. The suite had amazing views from every room and was very clean, despite being in the forest.

The garden was beautiful and scenic, perfect for Easter photography. The restaurant staff was welcoming and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast croissants.

The wifi was not working during our stay and the TV had poor reception, preventing us from catching up on the latest Easter events. we were disappointed to find out that the mini-golf advertised on the website was not functioning.

The view is absolutely astonishing. Lots of birds, monkeys and other friendly animals to watch. Is better to wake up early and take a walk around the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel itself needs reconstruction and upgrade, but all could be forgiven for the location. Even the road everybody is complaining about ))

Your staff was excellent!!! It was a blessing to be able to relax as much as we did. We took a number of hikes around the property had a nap everyday, read and enjoyed the nature. The food was amazing as well as the choices and presentation.

The road leading up to the hotel is terrible!!!! Ther were a couple of safety suggestions; you need more handrails and the rungs on the swimming pool ladder are missing.

Enjoyed the stunning views of the surrounding mountains from the hotel. The organized nature hikes were a highlight of the stay and allowed for a great way to explore the area's natural beauty. The food was also a standout, with a range of delicious dishes to choose from.

The hotel lacked some amenities that are standard in other hotels, such as a gym and reliable WiFi. The location was quite remote, making travel to nearby cities time-consuming.

The outdoor swimming pool coupled with the well-maintained garden area is picturesque and perfect for relaxation. The library is well-stocked with an impressive collection. The room advantages are truly exclusive and add to the overall opulence of the stay. The restaurant serves delicious halal food and kosher food, and the bar/lounge area provides a great ambiance for a relaxing drink.

The access road to the venue is narrow and poorly maintained. However, this minor issue does not take away from the overall experience.

Staff were first rate,, swimming pool satisfactory but everything else at the hotel was very good, Food was excellent. a little bit isolated but the scenery and waterfall is excellent. I would recommend this hotel.

Tennis court and badminton court were poor

The rooms are spacious and clean, with a fantastic bathroom and a wide variety of foods offered for breakfast.

The hotel's amenities are limited, lacking complementary essentials such as toothbrushes and toothpaste.

The hotel needs some major re-investment. The facilities are very basic. The breakfasts were poor e.g limited choice if you didn't want curry based food and there was cordial rather than fresh juice on one day.
