The rooms at Htop Pineda Palace & Spa are amazing! They are spacious and comfortable, making it perfect for our large family to relax and unwind. The separate lounge areas provide a great space for us to hang out and spend quality time together. It feels like our own little cozy haven away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the decor. It's just not my style, but I can see how others might find it enjoyable.

great location, close to amenities, beach, and railway station. Staff went above and beyond, especially Raquel who helped with airport transfer. Previous stays have been enjoyable, but Htop exceeded expectations during this visit.

Here we were close to few of our favorite spots such as platja dels pescadors. Best hotel experience. The room faced the sea.

Location

There was only 1 hour of free wifi and that hour had to be followed, it could not be split. rest of the wifi was paid for and had to be hired separately. I think that's a shame for a four-star hotel. There are lesser hotels with free wifi 24 hours a day. It's never happened to me before. I found it very disappointing, especially in today's society where we live very connected to the mobile phone. On the other hand, in order to keep the bags the day of the check-out, we were told that we had to go to a room to keep them and that we had to give him the key when we were done. We didn't understand, when we asked her, receptionist's phrase was "the clients go, they keep the suitcase and last one to close". system seemed unsafe and we didn't leave our bags there. phrase "the last one to close" seemed like a joke to us. I don't think we're going back to this hotel. It doesn't correspond to the 4 stars and it is too expensive for the little it offers.

The appealing surroundings and inviting atmosphere of this family-friendly 4-star hotel in Pineda de Mar made it a perfect option for a comfortable stay. The rooftop terrace with its jacuzzis provided a relaxing experience while enjoying a cocktail. The extensive range of leisure options and the excellent location allowed us to fully enjoy the Mediterranean climate with our family.

Lack of English-speaking staff.

Excellent value for money on the all inclusive package. The hotel is in a fantastic location overlooking the sea.The local train service is only about 300yds along the beach with a brilliant service every 30 mins to explore other towns up and down the coast.

The food was excellent and there was a different selection every meal time.The hotel staff are very helpful and efficient.The fascilllities and rooms are a little dated but are fine and very clean.

The walls in the bedrooms are thin and if you get noisy neighbours it could be a pain.

Rooftop Terrace: The rooftop terrace with jacuzzis was the perfect spot to relax and unwind while sipping a refreshing cocktail, just like a celebrity on a private rooftop in Hollywood.

Weekend Noise: On weekends, the hotel can get a bit noisy if your room happens to be at the front, but nothing that a good pair of earplugs can't solve.

Good location on the sea front

Smell of the pillows/matriss; thin walls and imposible noisy from the everynight entertainment or the other guests

The H Top Pineda Palace has gone down hill a little, we have stayed at this hotel 3 times

New rules and the fact the pool bar was not open

We had a sea view apartment during our stay and we were impressed with it. The staff, especially Karl in the restaurant, were pleasant and met all our requirements. The free bike rental service provided by the hotel was a great bonus, as it allowed us to explore the area easily. we had a great experience here and would definitely come back.

The breakfast at this hotel is good, with a large variety of choices, although it does get a bit repetitive after a few days. The swimming pool on the roof is relatively small, but it offers a fantastic view.

Good Meal, Good Location. Recomend to choose "All Inclusive" service. Your "All Inclusive" card will valid in others H Top Hotels in the nearest resourts as well. It is great because after trip You can have a lunch or dinner in another place.

No WiFi Internet possiblity. There are Internet terminals for 4 Eur per 1 Hour.

I was impressed with the sea view apartment at Htop Pineda Palace, it had fantastic views. The restaurant staff, especially Karl, were very pleasant and personable, meeting all our requirements. The food and drinks were excellent. They even provided free bike rental service, which was great for exploring the area. I had a great experience and would certainly recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a good location close to the station and the beach.

The decor was looking a little tired and dated.
