We loved our stay here! The hotel had great facilities including free parking, sauna, swimming pool and steam sauna. The staff were very friendly and provided excellent service during our entire stay. The buffet breakfast was also really good, with lots of options and fresh fruits.

the staff was amiable, and the restaurant was excellent. the highlight was a buffet breakfast in the café. not far from the downtown, 10 minutes on foot. this was a nice stay, excellent prices.

This hotel was decent base for exploring Hsinchu City, loved it. The bed was comfy and pillows too. Had breakfast for 280 TWD per person per day...

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect as it was close to all the main attractions here. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help. They even prepared a baby bath for us without us having to ask. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities for kids, including an indoor play area that was clean and well-maintained. My boys had a blast there for three hours straight! Lastly, the service at this hotel was top-notch, with professional and attentive staff who made our stay truly enjoyable.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Expensive, unclean, noisy & unpleasant

Staff were very helpful and there is a good breakfast buffet selection.

There are good leisure facilities at the hotel but beware! If you book the hotel because it has a sauna you could be disappointed. They are closed for a whole month in peak season (mid July - mid August) for maintenance!

The hotel offers spacious rooms with modern amenities and comfortable beds. There is a well-stocked breakfast buffet with both Asian and Western options. the location is perfect for exploring the area, as there are many restaurants and shops nearby.

The gym and pool have limited hours, which can be disappointing for guests who want to use these facilities early in the morning or late at night. the decor and furnishings of the rooms are a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment.

Our stay was located in the heart of downtown, making it easy to explore the local bars and traditional street food places within walking distance. Our room was clean and well-maintained, with basic amenities such as a mini hifi and LCD TV. We were awakened each morning to western, Chinese, and Japanese breakfast options. The gym and swimming pool facilities were neat and well-maintained.

The hotel's carpeted floors did not appear to be vacuumed often, leading to allegeric reaction.

Great location near the downtown area with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The rooms were spacious with good air conditioning. The bathroom was the best part of the room.

The hotel is in serious need of an update. The furniture and fittings were old fashioned and the overall appearance was tired.
