I have sent a letter to the Headquarters and was informed that this location is a 'Franchise' and the Mgr in charge will be getting in touch with me.

It would have cost us $21 a day to park at the airport.

I got to the hotel around midnight after flying into the airport.

When the housekeepers came in to clean the room after are first evening, they did not empty trash cans, restock or clean the coffee pot, and only made one bed up, and only left one set of towels.

In fact, the king size bed was extrememly comfortable.

While waiting we discovered our newly renovated room had paint stains all over the carpet, no toilet paper (ah, no holder either!

The carpeting in the hallways could stand to be cleaned, and the furniture in my room was a little beat-up, but, for the price, I thought the place was a deal.

The hotel staff should have went into the room prior to the guest arrival to turn on the Air Conditioning.

It is generally pretty clean and the attached restaurant is a definite plus (don't expect low-fat or low-cal eats just good old fashioned food).

The front desk service on check in was very good.

I appreciate the true concern the staff had.

The hotel has a nice restaraunt next door and the staff were very friendly.

You also get the same shuttle service when you fly back into town to get your car.

The parking is included in the reasonable price of the hotel room, as well as the airport shuttle!

No problems, very efficient, woke us up on time and when we got to the lobby at 4:15 am for our shuttle transportation, they were ready and waiting.

The reason I decided on this hotel was because it had a pool.

Also the room was not clean, the carpets were so stained I could not even put my son on the floor to crawl around.

      The staff is always very pleasant and the hotel is very charming in a 70's sort of way. It is generally pretty clean and the attached restaurant is a definite plus (don't expect low-fat or low-cal eats just good old fashioned food).

      I was able to check out early.

      Pool was closed, Room was dirty, and Hallways were missing carpet. If I had to use one work.

      The reason I decided on this hotel was because it had a pool. Because of renovations, that were finished but the inspector had not been out, we were not able to go swimming. Stairs were missing carpet, and the shuttle took 30 minutes to pick me up. I was very disappointed, and could not wait to leave the next morning. If my flight had not gotten in so late (11:30 PM) I would have found a different hotel.
