  Excellent location and enjoyable Stay. Great price and very friendly staff. The gentleman cleaned our room was helpful in suggesting to go hiking.

  The room prices are some of the best in Gatlinburg and the location is perfect for us, great hotel close to everything.

  House keeping didnt give us clean towels and tp, service and staff are awful. Air conditioning is very loud, facility needs to be updated.

  We loved the view we had from our room, the only good thing about the whole place, was the maid and price was great. The staff were very nice and the beds were comfortable. The continental breakfast was not worth the effort.

  I liked the location that was central to Gatlinburg and the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. Bathroom was pretty clean and the free breakfast was pretty good. Pool was great.
