Its location was central, just close to Zona Luz. The food was good, with good choice of options.

There was particularly good and excellent breakfasts with yogurt, granola plus baked goods. Zona Luz was walking distance from the hotel, greatly enjoyed its location in restaurant after breakfast.

The rooms at Olmeca Urban Villahermosa are amazing! They are bright, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern amenities. As a family with two small kids, we had plenty of space to move around and the kids loved the vibrant color scheme.

Personally, I found the showers to be a bit small. However, I understand that this is just my opinion and others may not feel the same way.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event because it provides convenient amenities such as a business center and valet parking. The downtown business district was easily accessible, making it a great location for my work. The hotel facilities, including phones and irons/ironing boards, were useful during my stay.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated meeting room. It would have been beneficial to have a space where I could conduct business meetings comfortably.

The location of Olmeca Plaza Urban Express is perfect for exploring the vibrant city of Villahermosa. We were delighted to find an array of museums, galleries, and recommended restaurants nearby. The breakfast options were extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious choices including hot savory food, pancakes, cereal, fruit. Additionally, we appreciated the complimentary pure fruit-flavored water and coffee available in the reception area throughout the day. The beds in our room were extremely comfortable, with generous pillows and cozy sheets.

Old air condition, overall old hotel

If you are on a short stopover in Villahermosa, this is a convenient place to spend a night. I've tried many hotels in the city already and none have been really outstanding, so considering the price and the location, this is a good option. We left the hotel well-rested and had a good dinner and breakfast in town.

There is really nothing nice or attractive about the hotel, but there is also nothing specific you could complain about.

Very comfortable overall experience. Big great value hotel with a great location short walk to restaurant and the historic center of town and restaurant district. The good and amazing staff all round.

Had a real good time. The breakfast was exceptionally good with tortilla and juice, as example, had everything you could want. Really enjoyed spacious room, bed was extremely comfy. Everyone was amicable and outstandingly accommodating. The service was amazing during my stay.
