  The location is great, front desk is more interested in getting you a gypsy cab , percentage and the hotel is clean, quiet and comfortable. Price is reasonable, the room is big and the receptionist give us a good advice for excursion and restaurant.

  New york avenue is very noisy, the sidewalk nearby are mostly closed and the Staff is no kindly the person in the cafeteria is unclean.

  Cab service into the central city worked well, our room was comfortable and a find at the cheapest price I could identify in the DC area, the worst hotel I ever stayed in in my life. The staff were very accomodating.

  The lobby was too small and television was very old. The computer chair was broken and the continental breakfast was gone before 9 am. The manager was rude.

  Near the metro station 10 minutes walk to the metro station and my advice, stay clear and pay the extra for the creature comforts. The rooms are spacious, continental breakfast is absolute basics.

  The location is convenient to the metrostation, the hotel is situated near the city centre and is conveniently located, the room is spacious and the bed is comfortable.

  Hotel staff changed my room and relatively low rates. Service adequate and free cable. Good and nutritious breakfast.

  Near suspiciouus areas and its on a very busy road and I mean 24 hours a day busy. The refrigerator was unplugged and the carpet was wet defrosted and the ice melted.

  Hotel was near the metro and the price was very competitive. Returned to the lobby and were informed a room was being cleaned for us, the staff were nice and friendly.

  Large areas sidewalks were not available, furniture was shabby and worn out and internet was horrific, breakfast was cold cereal, cold donuts and weak coffee.

  The price was very good, the location of the hotel was great for tourist attractions you were min away from seeing the sites and the staff were also very helpful and friendly. Room was very clean.
