  Great stay, the staff were nice and very helpful.

  The food was not eatible and the drinks were undrinkable, dinner was bad no good desert 5.

  Overall good value, the bartenders at the lobby bar a great and front desk staff were very helpful and friendly.

  One really good thing about the hotel was the service of the staff, osman at the pool bar makes great drinks and kept us laughing.

  Great value / wonderful staff, the furniture just smells weird and clean Towels, sheets folded, etc. In a very nice restaurant, always a variety of fresh fruit.

  Every day fresh flowers 'swan' towels, the main buffet resturant was great also.

  The staff were not very nice nor user friendly, rooms were fairly clean.

  The view was great, the beach was beautiful and the hotel was nice and the rooms were big. Gustman in the main lobby bar was by far the best and the service was friendly and very professional. Food and beverages were awesome, the gym was not much of a gym and did not look clean.

  Great view ok property and bus service to anywhere in Cancun is fantastic. The hotel itself is well and ocean are beautiful. The staff is excellent, room is clean and cozy, outdoor pool bar has the wings, burgers, fries, etc type of food.

  The view was beautiful, the beach was awesome and the shows of Mexico dance and hollywood show were good. The service was great and my room was clean at all times. Sports bar was the best and the food wasn't that bad as people say was.

  Just beach and ocean, views are amazing, the food and drink are of very good quality and the service is excellent. Rooms are well presented, the buffet restaurant is hot.

  The beach is beautiful, overall the hotel is lovely and for the price paid I was absolutely delighted, the staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, the food is good.

  The pool area is very small and the pool itself is not heated, towels are in low quantity too.

  The beach is really nice and beautiful views of the ocean and a bird’s eye view of the pool below. This hotel is perfect for couples and the staff is the best ever just be patient. The room is big.
