Everyone here are nice. We can see the river from the hotel's window.

The lady serving breakfast was very helpful & always smiling. She does her very best for the guests.

The lady running the hotel has a young baby, which is clearly having an impact on the hotel. The bar isn't open so you have to go out to get a drink. The hotel appears as though its closed most of the time. During the night we could hear movement up in the loft, we think itmay of been rats, although there was no sign of them coming into the rooms. We booked a comfort room, i'm pleased I didn't book a basic room.

Location.I recommend it for those who want to visit Rhine valley.

I arrived after 9.30 p.m and because it is a Hotel and nowhere in my reservation wasn t specified I have to announce about the hour of my arrival I haven t call at the hotel. You can t imagine what kind of ”greeting” I had. So about professionalism of the staff I think ill of.

Breakfast included in the price, although now that I stayed there, I thought the price even including breakfast was a bit expensive considering that the hotel besides being clean, looked like it was closed. From what I noticed there were only 2 rooms being occupied.

The hotel was very empty so it looked like no one was working there. The lady who appears to be the owner is not really prepared to deal with customers since she is so busy taking care of her baby and having to deal with customers at the same time, but if you just want somewhere for basic sleep, then breakfast in the morning than it is ok. Nothing special though, she should reconsider her price range, for 54 euro even with breakfast the hotel itself doesn´t really offer much. The facilities were average, but room was clean which is important. I only stayed because of price and breakfast which is another economy since it was included. The breakfast was good, she prepared only for us and everything was nice and warm.
