The location is great, right in the middle of Palm Springs, with a short walk to the casino, shops on Palm canyon, fine steak houses and is located around the block from alternate lifestyle venues (Arenas St.

You can't beat the location in Palm Springs, and the proximity to all the good restaurants and the main streets.

The hotel is right next to the strip, great location.

There is no airport shuttle as advertised.

From the moment we got picked up at the airport by Tony we knew we had made the right choice.

Other notable features included a platform bed, elegant chaise in the bedroom area, 2 large bathrooms with decently large soaking tubs, huge comfy sectional in the LR, and very strong Wi-Fi signal.

Our room was beautiful, very stylish with a large flat screen TV, comfortable bed, lots of pillows and nice bathroom.

After a 3 1/2 hour drive in traffic from Los Angeles, we proceeded to check-in, only to be informed that our room had two queen beds, instead of our reservation for a king bed.

Loved the rooms - we had the standard room which was massive, clean, modern, big comfy bed with lots of pillows.

First, we had booked a room with two beds, but were given a room on the first floor with one bed.

The EAT Restaurant served a good breakfast and this summer when the spa and fitness center open the rates are sure to go up.

Waiter brought my breakfast to the pool even though he was busy with other customers inside eating at the restaurant.

Restaurant/Bar- Service was extremely speedy, drinks were definately your money's worth, the food was incredible, and quick!

While the pool bar/restaurant was open, noone ever came around to the lounge chairs - if you wanted anything you had to get up and head over.

There is no coffee available in the lounge at the bar after the restaurant closes in the evening.

I read some other reviews on this place and I think they worked the kinks out, because every one we met from the valet to the front desk staff, was very friendly and very service oriented.

The service at the front desk was terrific, and we had only great experiences with the staff.

Everyone including valet, front desk, room service and concierge were very helpful.

Service- the front desk and front door staff went above and beyond.

Restaurant - Pool - Valet Parking - Lobby bar - We loved it.

Another thing that was so nice was the pool area, it had a bar, jacuzzi and pool The pool was pretty small but they had a lot of very nice cabanas(that do not need to be reserved as far as I know) and really cool looking lounge chairs.

I would also request a pool view, so glad we did and got that as the other views are not nice, they look on a parking lot and the other the road with a field.

Our room was spotless and cleaned to perfection.

This was my first time to Palm Springs, but one of my friends was a Zoso repeat offender =) The hotel was clean, the room was clean and spacious, everythign was new.

The glasses/coffee cups are neither wrapped nor replaced daily -- my lipstick was still on the cup and the two cups reset in the coffee tray -- a cracked glass remained after the room was clean -- re-set as though it were a clean one.

We were especially impressed that the very clean rooms are NOT sprayed with stinky deodorizer, which seems to be an unfortunate trend these days.

The room was still in good shape and clean for the most part.
