The location is primo and the service was great.

The location and the food were the only assets of this hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff, beautiful dining rooms and meeting rooms, excellent food, immaculate rooms add to a terrific location and pretty grounds.

The new Metro, the train which runs on Main & serves from Downtown to Reliant Stadium, is only steps away from the front door of The Warwick and is very convenient to the Texas Medical Center, etc.

The cost to ride the Metro is $1, which is good for 3-hours, or $2, which is good all-day.

The rooms are very nice and the beds are unusually comfortable for a hotel bed with huge feather pillows!

Very comfortable bed/bedding and a beautiful fireplace.

The very small TV, in an armoire, was placed adjacent to the bed so you had to lay on your side to watch TV.

A great hotel, the front desk staff were extremely accommodating and the bed was wonderfully luxurious.

Nice fitness center and most comfortable hotel bed I've ever stayed in.

Room service is great, the food is fabulous and so the choice is either the rowdy bar or a hot.

The kitchen is great having all you need for utensils and the continental breakfast consisted of a waffle maker.

A huge flatscreen TV, a nice restaurant and some wine outside on the large.

In addition the gentleman serving breakfast was very nice and professional.

The hotel was situated near restaurants, the staff was very friendly and attentive, the room service was delicious.

Polite front desk staff, rooms have been nicely redone and the free breakfasts are great.

Also an attentive front desk clerk and the concierge lounge offers a nice selection for evening app's.

Good fitness center, exceptional place and an elegant steak house an even McDonalds are a few steps away.

Marriott normally has an awesome fitness center and other places that were in a 5 mile radius.

Lovely 'old world' lobby with antiques and art.

The hotel itself was very clean, every staff member was helpful and friendly, the bathroom was simple and modern.

Moreover our room was clean and the mattress was very comfortable.

The staff is very pleasant, the rooms are very clean and updated, the sheets are great.

The place is lovely, the rooms are clean.

    That you stay dry traversing the outside walkways, the staff on the property was always friendly and my mother's room was nice. Breakfast was hot and delicious.

    The place is lovely, the rooms are clean.

    I do not hearing something that is not the truth from anyone much less front desk people to cover up their screw up, breakfast is not free so we ate breakfast tacos at Taco Cabana and facility: This property is over 25 years old.

    Good fitness center, exceptional place and an elegant steak house an even McDonalds are a few steps away. The Staff is Excellent, the manager is very friendly and impressionable, i didn't see the rest of the rooms.     Nice lounge area, this hotels offers great weekend rates and the staff is always so friendly. In addition the Fantastico suite is Fantastic, restaurants are very convenient and a good choice you have a long layover at IAH. The pool is beautiful.
