First of all, the location is really great and it's very close to downtown.
Nothing really to do downtown but this area is in a very central location and close to both 75 Highway and also the Tollway so it's easy to get around.
The location was very good and central and the size of the room was very nice.
Dallas is one of those cities with very few taxis so you probably will rent a car.
The Hotel ZaZa is an unique first-class property located in the heart of Uptown Dallas, approximately five miles from Dallas Love Field Airport and 18 miles.
The room was huge, full size sofa and oversized chair, large desk, big LG flat screen TV, very comfortable bed, big bathroom and wonderful shower.
I've stayed in the "Spa Suite" which has two bedrooms and an in-room sauna.
She could tell I would not budge and all of a sudden she found a balcony room with 2 double beds (I paid for KING) and then located a Suite for us with no balcony.
The chaise lounge in the room is so long and wide a person can sleep on it (which we did since no one wanted to share a double bed).
Very comfortable bed, nice LCD TV and the food wasn't bad either.
At the check-out everything was ok but we noted that they had an incorrect $78 for breakfast in the restaurant.
Also the swimming looks inviting but is overlooked by the bar/ restaurant and is in the front of the hotel.
The breakfast at the hotel restaurant was delicious and chris at the front desk was extremely helpful.
The restaurant served great breakfast and our waiter was outstanding.
The rest of the hotel is a bit cramped including the lobby, restaurant and bar.
I don’t feel that the service at ZaZa is poor by any means but many of the employees do seem disinterested, especially those at the reception desk and at the entrance to the restaurant.
The hotel is gorgeous and the staff are great as is the level of customer service.
Moreover good desserts in lobby, fantastic staff and the concierge was helpful.
The service was prompt and friendly from the valet, bellman, front desk and room service.
The hotel also charges you $18 per night for the valet car parking so note this.
They had sweets (petite cakes) in the lobby by the elevators.
Housekeeping came very quickly to deliver some extra sheets, pillows and blankets (there weren't enough robes for each person staying, but that was easily remidied when we went for our spa services.
The room was clean, the coffee was fresh and good, service at check-in was prompt and courteous.
The rooms are spacious, modern and clean.
Turndown service is neat, the bathrooms are large and sheets are luxury soft and spotless.
The room was clean and nice, and their style is terrific.
