Marvellous and gorgeous setting, I had really great time.

Its rooms were silent and new-fashioned. The private parking was next to the hotel, excellent service.

The total stay was real good on a road trip. The staff was especially helpful, very amiable all the time. I had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the great value for money and a nice size room. I had my delicious and great breakfast in the restaurant.

Stunningly beautiful and delightful hotel for a relaxing break. Great and gorgeous location to explore Stansstad and marvellous service. Relaxing stay in nice quiet area. Huge, silent units provided with balcony as well as second pillow.

Decent sized and silent units with big balconies, a lovely view, as for instance. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect location, restaurants and bars in front of the hotel.

The comfortable bed with feather pillows and spotlessly clean, functional room made my stay enjoyable.

The breakfast here is delicious and great with plenty of meal options, the beds are exceptionally comfortable, and the location on the lake with the mountains in the background is marvelous.

Had a very relaxing stay for 6 nights. The staff were amazingly great, a real pleasure to deal with. The breakfast of this place was large right on the water, thoroughly enjoyed it.

Everything was amazing, so were splendid views of the lake. Location: the hotel was near to the lake with beautiful view, the venue's nearby pizzeria and Stansstad😀

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The location right on the lake was perfect, and it was just a short walk from the train station. The restaurant served delicious food and had a great selection of desserts and wine. We also appreciated the use of the wellness center, which included a sauna, steam bath, and jacuzzi. The staff were helpful and accommodating, and we even received luck draw prizes and bottles of wine during our Christmas stay. we highly recommend this exceptional hotel.

The shower head in our room would not stay on the railing, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, some aspects of the hotel were not fully functional, such as limited menu options and reduced capacity in the spa, yet the full room prices were still charged.

The hotel is situated right on the lake, offering stunning views from the balconies. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail. The rooms are clean, well-appointed, and come with nice amenities.

Wonderful lakeside situation, totally calm and relaxing. Right next to the landing stage for the "steamers" to Lucerne for example and other destinations areound the large lake .The choice of 3 eating locations including an Italian/Pizza one and an elegant International one, we ate outside every night (3) in early June!

We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location on the lake is stunning, with amazing views of the mountains. The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast with plenty of options to choose from. The spa facilities were amazing, with a sauna, jacuzzi, solarium, and steam room. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to the airport.

We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The amazing location, great service, and fantastic spa facilities make it the perfect place to stay.
