The room decor is a little dated however, we had a room with a lake view and balcony and this more than makes up for it!! The beds were comfortable and the shower was surprisingly good! The food in the restaurant downstairs was delicious and the staff really friendly and sweet. Its a little bit out of town (5 min drive) but this was fine with us because we really wanted a hotel with a view of the lake in the right price range!
Whilst they say its free Wifi, it doesn't work with Apple :-(

The hotel is very well located, beautiful view of Lake Brienz. Staff is friendly and efficient.

Great view of the lake and the alps. Very good located outsde of the town but still very close to it. The first floor is a restorant - a very good one Good prices (considering the prices in Switzerland)
We had the family room - it was very small. The children sleep at some kind of an attic, where the celing is very low and have to br carefull not to bump their heads.
