Service staff was nice, the room was clean.
Location easy to catch train into town from main train station Room was very comfortable including beds and had a great stay during oktoberfest.

Near a metro station and tram were great. My Oktoberfest experience was amazing because of this hotel and the price was reasonable. The lobby was beautifully decorated as well as the dining area, the reception staff were very lovely and the room was clean and comfortable.

The ladies in the breakfast area were lovely, hotel was very close to Subway had easy access to all of Munich, very quick easy and the staff were very friendly and fast. Room was absolutely spotless and the toilets were also very clean and fresh.
