This hotel represents true value for money.
The price you pay is mostly for it's location rather than it's facilities and I believe the hotel may only be classed as a 3 star anyway.
Fantastic hotel, an amazing price and staff very attentive & helpful.
A trip to the Salt Mines (where a group is useful in order to avoid having to queue for hours) is possible for 90 zlt, again, the price at the hotel was 120 zlt.
The hotel itself is located directly on the main square, so we couldn't ask for a better location.
Yes there is some noise and I would guess even more in the warmer months however the location is superb.
The location is also a problem, its really noisy from early morning untiul about 3am!
They arranged the taxi to the airport and made sure we had every assistance possible.
We ordered taxi pick up from airport thru hotel the taxi driver was waiting for us on arrival with umbrella opened(raining).
I checked in first, and was delighted with the room - huge bed, plenty of space, lovely bathroom, reasonably priced minibar - what more could you want?
Tea and coffee in the rooms, plasma TVs and air con plus bath robes and slippers in the lovely bathrooms.
Our room was furnished in the most delightful way,huge bed, tea/coffee/bottled water available.
Very comfy bed, lovely furnishings and bathroom amenities including bathrobes and slippers.
Rooms and bathrooms spotless, breakfast good and free in-room wireless access is great for business travellers.
We ate in the hotel restaurant on our first night, the food and service were excellent and although a little more expensive than other local restaurants it was still much cheaper than a good restaurant in the UK.
The service is professional, yet friendly and the food was excellent (we ate both breakfast and dinner in the restaurant).
As other reviews have noted, the restaurant serves breakfast (included buffet with made-to-order eggs and bacon), lunch, and dinner.
A room overlooking the square is a "must and the free breakfast in the restaurant is UNBELIEVABLE.
The breakfast room is also magnificent and the restaurant is one of the best in Krakow.
Service was top class and all staff, especially reception, were helpful and courteous.
Location was perfect, the hotel staff was amazing and the service was exceptional.
Its location is fabulous overlooking the magical square, the service in this hotel is excellent and superb and very helpful front desk.
If you are looking for a fancy bar or swimming pool and gym, forget it - its not that type of hotel.
Although only officially a 3 star hotel (as it has no lift) it punches way above its weight and is better than most 4 star hotels and as good as some UK 5 star hotels.
Yes, it’s true there isn’t a lift (although one is being installed soon), but if that’s the only gripe….
If you need the internet, there's wi-fi at the hotel or you can connect your lap top.
Room was nice and clean, the choice of food at.
Spacious clean rooms, most of which overlook the square.
The rooms are spotlessy clean the showers are very efficient.
Clean and beds comfortable, nice breakfast.
Staff very friendly, great bedroom and the breakfast was fresh and tasty.
