The rooms at this hotel were clean and large, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other Japanese hotels. The location was great, just a few minutes walk to the park with all the attractions, and there was a bus stop right in front of the hotel for easy access to the town center. The best part of my stay was definitely the breakfast. It was warm, Japanese style, and absolutely delicious. They even tried to provide something different every day, making it a special experience.
Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there were a few things that could be improved. not all staff members spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult at times.

Huge bedroom with comfortable twin beds and en-suite bathroom. Freshly prepared Japanese-styl breakfast.
Almost no-one on the staff spoke any English at all, so communication was of the "charades" type.

Rooms are very spacious (for Japan that is). They have a nice terrace with a view to an old structure remains and a nice view. Its close to the Nara jr station, and very very close to the temples and shrines area
Personnel didnt speak any English. Other than that they are very kind and willing to help you

The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to the south side of the park where all the Nara sights are concentrated. You can easily explore the park on foot or take a bus, as the hotel is right by the bus stop.
All was good, no improvements necessary.

Hotel has a very reasonable price, with carparking, and a bus stop right outside the front door to take you into town (e.g. for restaurants). The road in front of the hotel leads right to the Big Buddha, we walked it in 15 minutes (passing the tame deer en-route). There is a shared hotpool (onsen) available (however it uses regular tapwater), nevertheless it is nice and soothing. The staff speak very little English, but they try very hard to communicate and are very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the rooms were spotless. The hotel facilities were impressive, especially the shared hotpool. It may have been tap water, but it was still soothing and relaxing. Additionally, the hotel had convenient parking available for guests, and there was a bus stop right outside the front door. This made transportation to the nearby Nara park and attractions a breeze. The location in a quiet district was perfect for a peaceful and tranquil stay.

We stayed at a hotel during Easter and found it to be quite comfortable. The room was clean and had a nice view. The staff was helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. They had a shared hot tub available which was a great way to relax. , the hotel was located in a convenient place, close to attractions and the bus stop.
The hotel could do better. The room was quite small and the bed was not comfortable.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the beautiful Nara park, this is the perfect choice. It is conveniently located right by a bus stop, making it easy to explore the park and other attractions. The rooms are clean and very spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also offers a public bath for relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. the staff is friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience.
The hotel lacks an elevator, so if you have heavy luggage, it might be a bit inconvenient.
