  The location was superb and celebrations on the town square were a delight to watch from the room. This Hotel was amazing, the price was reasonable and the staff were exceedingly good and helpful. Beds were comfortable and bar was nice. Breakfast was fine, the maids also did a great job everyday.

  The location is super, the tram system is very efficient and minutes on foot to the world famous Bahnhofstrasse filled. Zurich itself is lovely, the price is fair as well and is just a short walking distance from the shopping. Staff is nice and the beds could have been a bit better.

  Old village like buildings, that didn't have lobby and a second armchair would be desirable. Looks like maids are a bit lazy, huge deposit on check-in.

  The location was wonderful, the directions to the hotel were clear and the staff at the front desk was excellent. Furthermore bathroom was good and the sheets were very nice. The breakfast was continental, every employee we encountered was extremely courteous.

  Central train station, wonderful little stores everywhere and as well as the main shopping/business street. Each city was beautiful, upgraded us free of charge we told them was our 25th Wedding Anniversary and the staff was friendly and efficient. The bed was pretty comfortable and breakfast buffe was adequate for a start of the day.

  Lively old town and the public transport is available just nearby needed. The location is superb and after noisy dabate i left the hotel not to ever come back by the way i come every year for at least 8 to this hotel. Decoration is great including exterior as well, the staff are helpful and friendly, the rooms are comfortable.

  The bar is small and the inclusive price for breakfast didn't deliver value for money.

  In historical old town and within walking distance of many great restaurants. The best location in Zurich and friendly stuff. The interior has been renovated.

  5 minutes walk to the best shopping in Europe, location is great and this is a basic hotel within a easy walk to most places in the city. Nice front desk staff, very happy to be upgraded to a luxury room and the breakfast buffet is excellent.

  Small shops are nearby, the lobby is tiny.

  Interesting shops within the vicinity and very good location. Nice hotel in great area, com for the best price and professional personnel / Clean and quiet. 2) large room size and fabulous fondue restaurant right next door.

  The location of the Wellenberg is excellent in the old part of the city, the hotel is in a cool little district and professional as the front desk staff. The rooms themselves have nice TV's and the breakfast buffet is very good.

  Great location and modern hotel. Furthermore the friendly staff, clean room and mini bar well equipped. Very good breakfast, more so for the alcoholic beverages and sufficiently spacious by European standards. Beautiful garden.

  Small stores and directly on the main old town pedestrian street. Also short walking distance to the HB.
