The breakfast with freshly cooked eggs and fruit was great, and the location was perfect with a prominent public square located nearby.

Well-kept hotel in a family friendly area, near restaurants and bars. A special thanks to the employees at daytime reception desk and breakfast. The breakfast was EXTENSIVE, perfect for the value. Strategic location not very far from a historical square. Walking distance to the main shopping center and a mall across the street.

I had a comfort room and it was modern with the balcony. The room had a nice balcony and a chair.

The hotel had a very central location central to main areas. At daytime, reception desk and breakfast were staffed by amazingly nice stuff.

The proximity of the main train station is a great advantage for traveling, but a real sense of security is not always given. The hotel is really great!

The location near the tourist attractions was fantastic. The staff at the daytime reception desk and during breakfast were friendly. My room was fairly quiet and had a balcony and air conditioning.

There where a nice balcony and a chair in my comfort room. The hotel's location was central, close to underground. Fast food restaurant Vinzenzmurr was located 5 minutes walk away.

It had ugly views.

The hotel is located in a bustling neighborhood, close to shops and restaurants, making it convenient for exploring the Christmas markets. The hotel is also right opposite the City Kino, which we used twice, making it a great choice for movie lovers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet offers a wonderful selection of meats, cheese, breads, fruit, and salads.

Some noise from the street may be heard, but it is not a major issue.

The hotel had a perfect and sensational breakfast for the value. It was in a central location close to the central station. it was next to tourist attractions, a shopping center, The Glockenspiel, and many restaurants to choose from.

You are fast in the city and can reach everything on foot. The subway is also close. We could park in the parking lot in the yard because we would not have fit into the parking garage with a roof box.

It was extremely noisy Saturday night and the room was very stuffy as the air conditioning did not work very well. The rooms are in need of some renovation.

Convenient Location

Great spot to stay during Winter. The location was spot on, within walking distance to a bus stop. Plus, there's a decent supermarket nearby.

The location is just right for us! We were already the second time (and certainly not the last time) in Valais! Clean hotel with friendly staff.

Only a tiny little point: if there is already a capsule machine for coffee, it would be nice to get at least 2 capsules for free in a double room. Capsules are available at the reception for a fair price.

Great location near the train station and city center. The bathroom was impeccably clean with excellent water pressure and hot water. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious food and fresh fruits. I highly recommend this hotel.
