This hotel exceeded our expectations in terms of value for money. The spacious and clean rooms had comfortable beds and a balcony that offered a beautiful view of the Black Forest. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was varied and included in the price, which was a great bonus. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to multiple activities nearby, including skiing and a spa.

The rooms were basic, but very clean and comfortable with a nice balcony. The staff were all very friendly and breakfast was good. We ate in the hotel in the evening and the food was excellent - everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed their dinner and the stay as a whole.

My only small grumble was that the water tended to run a bit hot & cold when showering.

The personalized service provided by the friendly staff leaves a lasting impression. The food is delicious, with a wide variety of options for breakfast, and fresh local produce in their restaurant.

One downside worth mentioning is that the Wi-Fi network can be a bit slow at times, making streaming and downloading difficult.

For the room price, I expected a newer room. However, it was a bit old. The hotel charged us for extra blanket and pellow. Normally, I get these for free on other hotels.

The room had a step in the middle, and I tripped with it several times. The bed was 1.80 m long, so tall people could have problems to sleep.

A bit far from the Feldberg ski area, breakfast starts rather late (8h) what is inconvenient if you want to leave early to get a good parking spot for your car close to the ski slopes.

That the parking was limited and we had to find a spot on the street. Also, the room was a bit small for our taste, but it was still cozy and had everything we needed. Nonetheless, these minor issues did not detract from our overall enjoyable experience.
