The design and service at this trendy hotel are highly praised and it has a great location in the Embarcadero with beautiful views of the bay. It's close to the Ferry Building, which is a great place for foodies. The spa is incredible and the rooms are fantastic. There are also free rooftop yoga and stretching classes held every morning, for those who wish to relax.

Getting there

From the South/San Francisco Airport take US-101 North toward San Francisco, take 1-280 N toward Downtown San Francisco, continue onto Southern Embarcadero Freeway, turn left at 3rd Street, turn right on Mission Street and you will find Hotel Vitale-Embarcadero on the left.

From the East Bay/Oakland Airport take I-880 toward Downtown Oakland, take I-80 West on the left toward San Francisco/Bay Bridge, take exit 2C for Fremont Street, turn left at Fremont Street then turn right on Mission Street and you will find Hotel Vitale on the left side.

BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit). Take the train in the direction of the Embarcadero Station and exit Embarcadero Station onto Market. Walk two blocks northeast on Market, then turn right on Stewart Street, from there turn left onto Mission Street. Hotel Vitale is on the left side of the street.

Getting around

All major public transportation lines can be easily reached from the hotel. Historic trolley stops in front of the hotel. You can also use the bus, North Bay/Sausalito Ferry or East Bay/Alameda and Oakland Ferry.
