Well-appointed and beautifully maintained units with the WiFi, breakfast for family of four, for instance, and the staff were extremely helpful. The setting was amazing, very close to two convenience stores, and multiple restaurants, many food outlets and shops, and Wakayama.

I thoroughly enjoyed this brand-new hotel and stayed for 4 nights here. I booked a room with a comfortable bed, a safe, multi-channel television, and a fridge. The property was in a quiet and strategic location, hard to get lost once you know which alley to turn down. A lot of food for breakfast, everything was good.

All the staff was extremely helpful and useful and we had an early check in. The restaurant was modest and the breakfast was reasonable with fruits, regular rate, bacon.

Good value hotel with excellent free Wi-Fi. Very clean bed in the double room, plus a safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk. The location handy and decent straight down the main road so hard to get lost once you know which alley to turn down. Based near local subway line as well as convenient store...

The location was comfortable and absolutely perfect, you can visit Billboard Live Osaka by walking. It was located in a commercial area just off lots of restaurants, and bars and restaurants nearby.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient for exploring the city and travelling around. It is a short walk from the main train station and there are lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful, and even reheated our take away meal for us. We also appreciated the added convenience of having a supermarket and a Family Mart in the hotel.

I would definitely recommend this place to my friends. It has a great location, clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Good location near central station and Umeda Subway Station.

Location: the hotel was close to major attractions, Osaka train station, and Umeda subway stations. We visited Steakhouse Wagou, based just next door to the property. The room with breakfast was very good value for money.

All in all it was very good value for money, considering prices in Osaka. The hotel was good modern, even so I stayed for 4 nights only. The a double room was brand-new and well-appointed. The restaurant was small for lunch and dinner, appreciated it.
