  Excellent location and only 2 hotels were available for 3 consecutive nights.

  The room was not heated enough an mold was found almost every on the walls of the bathroom, breakfast was unbelievably sad and awful.

  Good location and great staff.

  Very disappointing hotel and very noisy street. Shower without hot water and no decent breakfast.

  The location is great and definitely a nice place to spend a night or two. The staff are friendly, rooms are clean.

  I ended up parking in an underground parking and pay 40 euro from 6 pm to 9 am, breakfast is poor.

  Situation is wonderful the lake and the only good thing about this hotel is the location. I liked the service of the 2 people in the reception, the room rate is cheap as far as Zurich goes and mattress and pillows are good, sheets are new and clean.

  Great location near centre and the lake and the old town. Very expensive and poor quality, the price was good, staff were nice. My room was totaly clean, breakfast was complimentary.

  Great City Center location, two Turkish guys studying Hotel Management was at best available and tea to your table was a nice gesture.

  Our room was clean and toilets was disgusting.

  Great location in bellevue near the operahouse and this hotel gave us the worst experience ever.

  Room was situated behind the front desk and the breakfast was also very disappointing.

  Best location and quite Good for a 1* Rated Hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff, relaxed beds, free breakfast. Hard boiled eggs.
