The whole experience was very nice. The setting was favourable, adjacent to the mall, the restaurant, and the shopping center. I visited Amapola Reposteria, based only a short distance to the hotel, had dinner there. Bathroom was nice and the room was huge and large. Exceptional service, even though a few employees were rather noisy.

Clean, pet-friendly hotel, I truly enjoyed good sized and huge rooms and dedicated staff. I was offered a room with great views of the mountains and the Llanos. A shower and hairdryers was a plus. The setting was excellent and perfect, close enough to the center of city and near shopping malls. Also, Llanocentro and other nice tourist spots were short walk from this venue. The service was great, totally satisfied

I had an amazing stay at this hotel in Villavicencio. The value for money was excellent and the room was spacious and comfortable, with a separate tub in the bathroom. The location was perfect, with malls and stores nearby, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. From lending me an umbrella during a rainstorm to watching out for me and my kids, they were extremely attentive and kind. The views from the hotel were incredible, especially during sunrise and sunset. The buffet breakfast was delicious and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi were a great way to relax.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider variety of options.

No complaints, the venue met the purpose, can't recommend it highly enough it. The personnel was decent and excellent, doing their best to assist. The service provided there was friendly. They offered us good meals, had lots of options to choose from.

The hotel is conveniently located near a few nice malls where you can find everything you need. It is also close to the city center, making it easy to explore. In addition, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with great views of the surroundings.

The Wi-Fi connection in the hotel is unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected and use the internet.

View was excellant, breakfast was satisfactory, and beds where exceptionally comfortable. The employees at the hotel were very kind. The room was beautiful and huge, had private bathroom.

We had the most really nice few days there. Everything was really good, even so we stayed for 2 nights only. Location: the hotel was so close to near shopping malls, and the most beautiful centro comercial. The service was exceptional, the breakfast was very very good. What's more, they had free Wi-Fi.
