I chose this hotel for attending a corporate offsite and was pleased with the event facilities provided. The conference center and meeting room were well-equipped and met all our needs for productive meetings. The business center was also a great asset, offering additional support for any work-related tasks. The staff at the hotel were friendly and professional, making our corporate stay a success.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated office space or coworking area within the hotel. This would have been convenient for individual work or private meetings, especially for business travelers like me who need a quiet and professional environment to focus and get work done.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in a beautiful park just in front of the seafront. The room was spacious and clean, with a relaxing view of the park from the balcony. The indoor swimming pool with thermal water was a great addition. Plus, the hotel provided free bikes, making it easy to explore the nearby beach and surrounding area. The breakfast, though not exceptional, was still enjoyable. I had a pleasant and enjoyable experience at the hotel in Cinquale.

The airconditioning stopped working. We were given another room. Staff are very friendly. Unusually deserted for this time of year due to the econ crisis In Italy.

The wireless Internet for free is just limited to the lobby area.

When we arrived at 15.45 the room was not ready we had to sit in the bar at our expense waiting for the room to be cleanedThe following day when we returned at 17.00 our room had not beedn cleaned.The AC was very noisy simply not 4 star standard and poor value for money

The hotel is located close to a beautiful sea shore with easy access to the beach and it is surrounded by lush green gardens. The staff is generally friendly and polite, and free bicycle rentals allow for easy exploration of the area. The breakfast includes fresh pastries that are delicious and tasty.

The furniture is outdated and the rooms are not insulated well enough to prevent noise from other rooms.

We had to request for shampoo / gel as it was not replaced during two days.

Let me start by saying that my experience at this hotel was not impressive. The rooms were extremely outdated and in dire need of renovation.

As soon as I arrived, I was impressed by the hotel facilities. The indoor pool area was exceptional and very well maintained with an opening roof which made for a unique swimming experience. The gardens were equally impressive, a great place to relax or go for a walk. Additionally, the hotel provided bikes which were free to borrow and made it easy to explore the area. The location by the beach, with the mountains serving as a backdrop, was perfect for me as I enjoy both the sea and the mountains. The staff were very helpful with any inquiries I had.
