The location was very good and hotel was very smart. The building was lovely, the staff were so extremely accomodating and our room [a junior suite] was simply huge. The food was elegant, the wine from their own vineyards was excellent.

High quality and staff very polite. Our room was large, food in the restuarant was fresh and enjoyable, the wine list too was reasonable.

Good value at weekend price was lower and service were both excellent. The bed was supremely comfortable and staff did their best to be helpful -breakfast ok.

The hotel is in a wonderful historic building surrounded by a nice park and my wireless could not access the free WiFi in the lobby. The staff at reception are very friendly and helpful, room sizes are very big.

Very nice Villa in a beautiful park with pool just outside Vicenza. The public areas and our room were spacious, very nicely furbished and clean. The breakfast buffet wasn't breathtaking and the lady preparing the coffee wasn't overly friendly, but no problem - would return happily!
