  Excellent location and the garden arround the hotel was very nice the restaurant was good. Staff were very accomodating and the mood was disturbed by poor choice of loud pop music.

  We wish the shuttle to Florence was available during the day rather than just 8:45 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. Also, be sure visitors know the triples have a steep and long stairway to the master bedroom. We were lucky we both were able to go up and down stairs without any problems. Also, on cold and damp days, more heat and blankets would be appreciated.

  Très beau cadre belle villa ancienne, nous avons eu une immense chambre pour 4 personnes dans la tour carrée du palais.
