The room was neat, well-appointed, and with a comfortable bed. Also, location was amazing, at a moderate distance from Shark Beach.

Amazing food, good service and particularly nice view of the stunning sunset's. Location near the beach below and the ocean beyond, the public ferry and the main restaurant. For shots visit Zama Beach Club, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

I recently stayed at Zoetry in Isla Mujeres for a relaxing vacation. The service and food were absolutely wonderful, and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The resort offers a variety of activities, from snorkeling and paddleboarding to lounging by the pool or on the beautiful beach. The location of the resort is central, making it easy to explore the island. I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty and helpfulness of the staff and felt completely at ease during my stay. Zoetry exceeded my expectations and I can't wait to come back.

Location: the hotel was really close to a pristine beach with clear waters, the more "formal " restaurant and Cancun. I found Greenverde offering shots and different drinks 3 mi of the venue. I was offered a room with particularly nice views of the ocean.

the rooms were neat and spacious with a private jacuzzi, beautiful brick vaulted ceiling and great sunset view. the staff helped us with baggage. location: the hotel was really close to the main restaurant, and the island. we went to nearby lolo lorena and tried their local food.

The yatch transportation was convenient. The room and pool were nice. The resort beach was enjoyable. Snorkeling and paddle boarding were great. The food, drinks, and service were outstanding. The central location was ideal. Staff were helpful and accommodating, especially with our son. We have great memories and hope to return.

As a group of friends, we absolutely loved the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere of Zoetry Villa Rolandi. The rooms were comfortable and attended three times a day. Complimentary bottles of champagne and tequila were a pleasant surprise. The staff was outstanding and incredibly friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The restaurants offered a variety of delicious food, with one situated over the ocean, providing a unique dining experience. The location was perfect for easy access to downtown, and the staff even helped us retrieve a lost phone. the service level and friendliness of the staff were exemplary, and the food was fantastic.

Felt completely relaxed, no reason to complain.

Positive aspects of our stay: Intimate size, pretty landscaping, quiet atmosphere. Happy, enthusiastic staff. Private yacht transfer to private lagoon dock. Helpful and thoughtful service. Refreshing main pool and nice alternative hot saltwater pool. Charming atmosphere at Casa Rolandi restaurant with live music. Delicious food, especially tuna tartare and ceviches. Central location for exploring the island.

Negative aspects of our stay: Nothing to fault.

The location of the hotel is not ideal, as it is far away from the most beautiful beaches. However, it does have a small beach just off the pier, which leads to the street.

The rooms are small and lack storage space.
