Great location only a few steps away from the beach and close to great restaurants. Beautiful garden and small pool to relax in. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly and attentive.
Rooms are a bit on the basic side for the price. Breakfast could have been better with fresher options available.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in Sicily. It has a beautiful well maintained garden, a swimming pool and a nice restaurant. The beach is accessible trough the door at the back of the garden. The hotel provides free beach chairs and parasoles. The parking is also free in the hotel yard. The downtown of Noto is in 10 km. Rooms are clean and spacious. Good value for money.

The hotel is conveniently situated right in front of the beautiful beach, which is one of the biggest advantages of the location. there are a number of restaurants in the area to choose from, which add up to the pleasant experience. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.
The room size is quite small, which may be overwhelming for some guests who expect more space.

Helpful and friendly staff. Great location near Noto and beach. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful hotel villa with lush garden and clean pool. Comfy bed and efficient aircon. Lovely breakfast buffet with good range of options. Easy communication with friendly staff. Highly recommend staying here.
Almost perfect.

Small hotel with direct access to sandy beach. Restaurant is nice. Free wifi in reception and around pool. Room was very quiet, airconditioned and dark with shutters closed so we slept extremely well. Room was cleaned daily. Free parking on-site. Breakfast was good. Gardens around hotel are lovely, it is definitely like it's name - a Meditteranean villa! Only 10 minute drive to the beautiful Baroque town of Noto.
Bathroom was very very small and there was a bit of a bad smell coming from the drains.

The breakfast was great. The swimming pool & garden. The whole setting of the rooms. Very nice.
Lido di noto itself is a bit boring. If you care about a beach holiday, i'd recommend to either go up (naxos) or down to the south (pozzallo etc.). but it was great for a visit to noto and siracusa. Unfortunately we had ants in our room. And the prices for lunch/dinner were a bit high (food was awesome though).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the beautiful and clean facilities, the delicious breakfast, the friendly and helpful staff, and the convenient location right next to a stunning beach with clear water.
Absolutely nothing.

Beach and Breakfast
The highlight of this city break was the beach, which was just across the road from the hotel. The sand was clean and well maintained, and the water was refreshing to dip into. The breakfast buffet was also fantastic, with a wide variety of pastries and fresh fruits on offer.
The rooms were not worth the high price. They were quite small and outdated, with little amenities beyond the basic necessities.
