Location is great, the hotel staff is very friendly and the prices remain reasonable.
We booked directly with the hotel which was the same price as other web sites but they included the continental breakfast in their price.
I have would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel as a good 3star if it were at a 3star price.

We asked for a queen bed and we received room 68 - the best possible choice: large bedroom, gorgeous bathroom, great view.

The rooms are well decorated, not too expensive in zinc bar and the restaurant food is great.

Reception gave good info about the city, the hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff was very polite and helpfull.
The staff were extremely helpful even down to letting us print off our boarding passes at the reception printer.
The lobby is lovely as well as the great roof terrace where you can sit and have a nice drink at anytime.
It was easy to find and was very trendy around the lobby and recpetion area.
They also serve afternoon tea, frre of charge in the lobby at 5.
The free fast wireless internet connection is good and a large safe to accomodate a laptop is perfect.
Belgium or the Netherlands would charge like 10 euros an hour for such as the high speed internet which is completely free.
Nice decoration, best service and the rooms are very clean.
