The best and only thing this place has going for it is the amazing location.
Nice walk back to Fiesole to catch the bus.
To get the bus to Florence you have to make that walk to Fiesole to find the bus stop.
Really it is hard to understand how this venue is called a 'hotel' It is really just a Bed and Breakfast establishment.
It was cold and although the public areas were heated, there was no heating in the bedroom.
I was unwell at the time of our stay and the staff made sure my husband was able to bring breakfast back to me in our room - a much appreciated gesture.
Then, the hot water was not working in the room, and the shower door actually was broken, as well as the handle on the door to the outside.
Large room luxury accomodation, good breakfast to start your day.
There was no food available apart from breakfast and we were charged extra for a pot of tea in the evening which we required to heat us up.
Breakfast was minimal with croissant, white bread, jams and very unexciting processed ham and cheese slices, not what we expected in Italy.
Excellent staff gave us good recommandations for some restorants.
Beautiful and quiet place, the staff is friendly.
ALthough polite the staff were not at all concerned with our plight.
I was extremely disappointed with the poor service and management of the hotel.
Once in town was easy to get to Florence on buses and the pool area was lovely.
The pool area was lovely and I'm sure in the Summer it would be a very pleasant place to stay providing you have your own transport.
They don’t have any kind of food during the day, so there’s no way you can spend the day at the pool.
Nice not to stay in the city, rooms very clean.
