The hotel had a charming and elegant decor, with beautiful period touches that reminded me of bygone days. The general areas were well-maintained and accessible for senior people, which made it easy for me to navigate around the hotel.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the children working there, especially in terms of catering to the specific needs of senior guests.

Great Hotel in superb location situated around 50metres from the beach, and a short walk into the centre of Sopot.
I wasn't aware when I booked that I'd only paid for one night, as the website clearly said I'd paid for two nights. Therefore I was surprised to have to pay twice the amount I had envisaged when I checked out of the hotel. Therefore, despite the hotel being very good, the value for money was not a great as I had expected it to be.

Very close to beach
Breakfast not good: flys on food left out & no effort made to get rid of them; breakfast closes at 11, we arrived one morning at 10:45 & could not get milk for our cereal. Maintance not good: minibar broken & not fixed correctly; shower door broken also.

Perfect beachfront location, just steps away from the sea: Who needs a private pool when you can have the vast Baltic Sea as your backyard? I spent hours basking in the sun, feeling the gentle sea breeze on my face, and listening to the soothing sound of waves. Pure bliss.

The location of the hotel is great - in a noble, quiet district of Sopot, almost directly at the beach. 10-15 min to the pier. Perfect for everyone who does not enjoy bigh chain hotels, crowds and the noise of a city centre. The hotel itself has a nice appearance. We booked a double de luxe room, which was definately ok - clean, with a balcony overlooking the sea. It has everything you need for a short trip. Room service. Spa in the same building. Free wifi. Hotel restaurant - ok, not overwhelming.
The biggest drawback was the size. We had a double de luxe room and it was already rather cosy (the bathroom definately too small, you cannot turn around easily). For the last night we also had a regular/standard double room for single room and this one was tiny, it did not even have a desk. Would not recommend the latter. We stayed 3 nights at the hotel and therefore had breakfast 3 times. You could easily see that its quality depends on the staff, on shift we had the best on Saturday, the worse on Friday.

The hotel is in an excellent location, just 20m from the beach. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh food. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds.
Couldn't fault.

Spacious Rooms with Balconies: Our room at the hotel was incredibly spacious, and we loved having a balcony to enjoy the fresh air. It felt like having our own little oasis, complete with comfortable deck chairs.
Late Room Cleaning: One minor issue we encountered was that our room was consistently cleaned late in the afternoon. It wasn't a major inconvenience, but it would have been preferable for the cleaning to be done earlier in the day.

Hotel is new and comfortable. My room was small, but well furnished. Bathroom small, but got everything new, clean and of a good quality. Beds were clean and comfortable. Restaurant is nicely decorated and meals were tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful - arrived late, left late and there was no problem. You get WiFi Internet for free and you can rent a bicycle!
Very basic cosmetics - just soap and shower gel and you could not buy anything else from the reception or spa. No robes, no iron in the room.

Nice hotel, near seaside & city.
Spa facilities were poor or not working and were not included in price.

The rooms at Hotel Villa Baltica are absolutely amazing! The beds are so comfy and the air conditioning makes it the perfect temperature. Plus, having free WiFi and a minibar in the room is such a nice touch. It really felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the flat-screen TV in the room. But hey, that's just my taste.

Very close to the beach - 5 min or less. New and clean. Big bathroom with window. Nice and helpful staff.
The room was extremely small. We managed but wish it was bigger, with more leg room. Bathroom seemed almost as big as the room itself.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Sopot. One great aspect of this hotel was its perfect location just steps away from the beach. Being right on the beach meant that I could easily spend my days enjoying the sun and the sea without having to travel far. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet area with very little traffic, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Furthermore, the hotel staff provided excellent service, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Another highlight was the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a balcony with a beautiful view. It was lovely to be able to step out onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air and scenery. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The quality and selection of food made for a great start to the day.
All was well during my stay, no complaints whatsoever.

Breakfast was decent and the room was clean. The location was great as it was close to the beach and restaurants. A bike rental station was nearby which was convenient.
The room was too small and cramped for two people. On the first night, we had to sleep with the window open as the air-conditioning wasn't functioning properly.
