Great location, we used the free hotel bus rather than the train and the staff were really friendly and helpful.
The food was so tasty and the pool was just fantastic.

The hotel is easy to reach from the airport and other European cities. Upon your arrival to Albufeira take A2 highway. At the end of the A2, take the A22 (Via do Infante) in the direction of Portimão. Come off this road at the Albufeira exit and continue all the way to Albufeira. Our sea view room was clean and spacious, good view out over the pool area to the sea, the hotel was in a central location fot the old and new town. Also the restaurants were a lot better.

The staff were unhelpful we complained about the cold and the bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The relaxed and friendly atmosphere, excellent staff, the lovely maids cleaned our room every day. Good variety buffet breakfast, outdoor pools superb.

The immediate view will, at best, be over the car park and at worst over the dustbins, atleast the old town has some charm.
