The room really comfortable, excellent breakfast in a romantic patio.
Staff that we encountered all speak good enough English, the rooms are very pleasant and the breakfast is among the best I have seen anywhere.
Quiet and highly convenient location excellent service, bright gallery towards the frescoed Breakfast room, very good value for the price.

Excellent bed, pillows, amenities and wireless internet service, great restaurant suggestions.

Not a cheap place and the front desk couldn't do anything about.

Perfect location for everything and very good restaurants and Museums a few steps away. Also central to Turin, reasonable price and free internet in the lobby was a plus. The staff were nice and the deluxe rooms were great value.

Excellent location, great service and very near the main shopping streets. Very nice relaxing stay and also, the Internet is in the lobby and is free. Many fine restaurants are nearby and the staff is fantastic and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, a quick elevator ride and a short stroll takes you to the hub of all in Turin.

Some lovely sofa's to chill out in the lounge area, etc. The hotel itself is nice enough and staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast garden is charming, the spa Isis is amazing.
