  Very pleasant eating area and wonderful Village. Very knowledgeable about everything Kandersteg and nice staff. The beds are wonderfully comfortable and the food is very good and we always love the silver service. The dinners are amazing and the locals really seem to like visitors and are very welcoming.

  Fantastic from service to location and the best in town. The welcome was great and staff and owners were brilliant. Beds were exceptionally comfortable and restaurant was a bit pretentious and expensive.

  Good location, the staff are of various countries are very friendly and one of the best hotels I satyed during my 3 weeks in Switzerland will stay in this hotel again. Ideal venue for a walking break in Kandersteg and the rooms are well maintained and very nice. The meals are wonderful.

  Superb location, very good value for money compared to the alternatives in the town and hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large, two breakfasts and were very pleased, the facilities were great.

  Ps a good airport to fly to is bern only 45 minutes away and our stay could not have been more perfect. Exceptional staff are welcoming, all beds have feather pillows and comforters and are quite comfortable, outside the restaurant is a large.

  Superb possibilities for hiking in the area, Kandersteg a delightful village and another excellent stay at the Victoria Ritter. Attentive staff, very clean rooms and great sauna. Food and service very good, locals unbelievably friendly, indoor swimming pool.

  Convenient for shops and wonderful hotel. All staff friendly, nice family room and the a la carte restaurant is also v good.

  Location is great and the village is chocolate box stuff, just big enough and universally friendly. The staff could not have been more helpfull, a very good chef in the dining room and recommend.

  The reception area looked great and we had high expectations for the room, fresh fruit was not replenished over our 10 day stay. The staff were more than helpful, friendly, bathroom were large and breakfast offered a fantastic array of breads.

  Wonderful hotel excellent service and the staff at the Ritter are friendly, helpful, efficient. The hot water tap dripped.

  Of pleasing quality we received helpful advice planning walks in the Kandersteg area and the waiter staff especially were really friendly. The rooms were good and warm, the evening meals we had were delicious.
