Good location near several metro stops making it easy to get to sites in Paris. Neighborhood was safe and nice area to walk with a few restraints and barrestias. Room was clean.
The stairway was a tight spiral. Good to have an in room bathroom but he small shower was tight fit for an average build 5-11 man..

The location was good as it was right next to a metro stop and the metro system in Paris is very extensive before midnight at least.
Not a fan of the policy that they hold onto the keys when you leave the hotel (for security purposes). We did that the first night and when I came back I had never met the man on reception and all I said was my room number (which I could have read off the label above my keys in the open cupboard anyway) and he gave me the keys no questions asked. We just sneaked out with the keys in pocket after that. Also, I consider myself a healthy 21 year old male but those stairs were a bit of a chore. We were on the 4th floor and the stairs were all quite steep (no elevator) so I do not recommend taking anything you do not need to this hotel just to avoid carrying it all the way up.

Close to tube station. Staff very friendly.
Worst hotel I have stayed in my entire life. Can't think in anything worse than that. To expensive. The only good point is close to a tube station, but unfortunately the area seems very unfriendly. The staff helped in every issue we had to be honest. My advice is, if you can avoid it, just do it. No facilities for children. I stayed on the 2nd floor after I insisted with them that I couldn't take the third floor they offered me as I had children's buggie and 3 big bags, there is no lift.

This hotel is so noisy at night and has no aircondition (AC) i could not sleep well because of the hot weather. I had to open the window but it was so noisy outside. Peaple were drunk and talk loudly in the street.
