We got air conditioned and new-fashioned twin room with an excellent bed as an upgrade, nice gesture.

Newly remodelled clean property, it has friendly staff especially at the reception desk.

As we remember, there was no breakfast.

The location is magnificent and it is close to the old town centre, and the restaurant where there were n't many customers.

The location is excellent, near center. The staff is affable, makes sure that the place is fairly clean. Make sure you stay in the twin room with ac, great bathroom plus an excellent bed.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was great. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of food options, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was very noisy, even on the higher floors. The coffee provided in the rooms was of artificial and undrinkable quality.

I booked a Deluxe(!) room which totally furnished with 80's furnitures! The bed was too old, and unconfortable. The furnitures were very old fashion and you could easily feel that they are not clean after using many may years.. There is no hair-dryer in the bath and when I asked to reception to supply me one they said that there are just two hair dryers in the hotel and both are taken by the other guests. And they even did not try to ask to those two guest when the hair dryers will be available. They could be able to find me a hair dryer next day!! Also the free wi-fi was not working during my stay!! My experienc was really full of negativeness in this hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to any guest.

During my Easter stay, I was pleased with the comfortable and spacious rooms. The decor was nice and the hotel had a relaxed feel to it. The staff were friendly and attentive, and I appreciated the 24-hour reception. Additionally, the location was ideal as it was a short walk to the Old Town where I found plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops.

While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of drawbacks. I found it a bit uncomfortable that there was no air conditioning in the rooms.

Large double room, flatscreen tv, comfy bed, immaculate bath and shower, excellent value for money. De-luxe room, does what it says on the tin.

Location: the hotel was close to replete with electronic keys, turistic attractions and the old town, and many nice bars and shopping center. After long day I visited Szkatula Restauracja pub for a couple of drinks.

Tbh, had a really comfortable stay for business trip. The hotel was a perfect place for enjoying a shopping area, next to Lublin Plaza shopping centre, and the Old Town. The location of the property was magnificent - relatively near Sobieski Family Palace. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

We expected there would be breakfast, but didn't find it.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with a bed that was perfect for our child. The location in the city centre was ideal, making it easy to explore all the attractions of this vibrant city. The breakfast included in our stay was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit all tastes.

All was perfect, exceeding our expectations.
