The room was brand-new and air-conditioned; I liked its views over the ocean. The bathroom was spotless and included a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. The pool was very clean, and I enjoyed having alcoholic drinks at the pool bar.

The whole building is nice, at least on the outside, although not everywhere, I am talking about the Junior Suite where I booked. Good food and desserts. Good atmosphere. Good staff, attentive, polite, courteous, and if I keep going I won't finish.

I didn't like the fact that I booked a Junior Suite which turned out to be less than a normal room, with small beds, while the normal one in the other reservation was big beds, a good air that cooled down well, while the one in the Junior Suite was only fresh even though I put it at 16 degrees, and how is it possible that a supposed Junior Suite was next to a soda fountain and so on. It didn't really seem like a Junior Suite to me. If there was a room rating I would give it a zero, if it was by numbers. And I forgot, even if it's a small thing, I made a coffee in the morning to take back because I went out to the beach, and when I came back, they had emptied my coffee, and I didn't go with my two companions because they went out with me.

Very good stay, as always. Perfectly clean hotel with excellent location in Puerto Plata just next door to a " tourist area, the Mall Great staff at the buffet, and getting transport to see the local sites.

This hotel has the perfect location for beach access and the area is very cool. The staff provided excellent room service and car hire facilities. Other services like shops and laundry are also available. The room amenities were top notch, with a mini-bar and in-room safe being some of my favorites. The staff was great from the maids who provided us with friendly service to the spa and wellness centre providing massage, beauty treatments, and manicure/pedicure services. There was no shortage of entertainment with pools, table tennis, billiard tables, kayaking, boating. The restaurant provided buffet breakfast and bar service with paid films and flat-screen TV.

I would recommend this hotel to family and friends, it was a great experience and I enjoyed every aspect of my stay.

This place is conveniently located close to a restaurant called Lucia, just 500 meters away, and it is also only 2 km away from popular tourist spots like Costa Dorada.

Staff around the facilities were great. Design of the resort and pools are beautiful.

Great stay yet the food lacked something to be desired. I was waiting to be Checked in for over an hour.
