The hotel had a friendly and lively atmosphere, with helpful staff who were accommodating and friendly. They provided assistance with finding services and getting around.
The hotel's location was not ideal, being in a run-down neighborhood with vagrants and a mini dumping ground nearby. The unpaved and mostly gravel streets made it uncomfortable to navigate.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas, all spotless in white tile, was impressive. The hotel facilities were nice, and I especially enjoyed the free boat ride through the mangroves, which added a unique touch. The staff at this hotel were absolutely charming and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. They were incredibly accommodating, helping me with everything from language assistance to getting around the city. I also appreciated the convenient location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach and with plenty of food choices nearby. this hotel provided a non-touristy perspective of the area, giving me a true taste of the local flavor.

This hotel is conveniently located near the bustling shopping plaza in Bocagrande, just a short taxi ride away. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cold AC and a mini fridge. The breakfast included toast, eggs, and fruit. The staff is friendly and helpful, assisting with taxi arrangements and providing brochures for local attractions.
The hotel is situated in a run-down neighborhood with vagrants and a nearby dumping ground, which may not be appealing to some travelers.

Stayed here for Xmas and it was a good experience. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They provided us with free boat ride through the mangroves which was a nice and local experience. The location was only a short walk to the beach and a quick cab ride to the city center. The rooms were spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay in. , the daily breakfast offered was very tasty.
The location was not in the best neighborhood and the taxi drivers had difficulty finding it. The surrounding areas were a bit run down and felt unsafe, especially at night.
