  Beautiful setting, great staff and the room itself was nicely decorated and had a very relaxing feel to. The free breakfast at the restaurant was very nice and the service was good.

  In my opinion the best hotel in San Jose, the staff were very helpful and very friendly, my room was on the 7th floor and was pretty quiet.

  Great location, excellent Stay and priced competitively and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are interestingly designed, the breakfast at the Valencia is absolutely amazing and the pool is nice too.

  The location is ideal and the staff were very helpful, great hotel, exciting theater, fun weekend in San Jose. Service is fast and rooms are excellent. Food and drinks are all amazing.

  Perfect location and great Hotel. Very helpful and courteous staff, very comfortable room. Huge soft plush bath sheets, restaurants near by and fresh fruit. Nice small pool.

  Just opted to stay home, not worth the price.

  Location is good and hotel Valencia is the best bed in San Jose. The staff is great, the rooms are modern and very compfortable, free drinks and discount shopping coupons.

  The room was lovely and had a view of the courtyard, free cold waters as you entered the hotel. Staff were very friendly, suite was very nice, large and had a great bathroom, local restaurants provided good Turkey options.

  Many shops,excellent restaurants, a nice stroll to look see and a great location to stay and see Santana Row. Overall, the service is pretty good and the staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and nicely appointed.

  The location is ideal and the feeling of luxury in the rooms is undeniable, this place is fantastic. The staff is helpful and friendly, and the beds are really comfortable, the complimentary breakfast buffet is a good one.

  The views are magnificent, towels huge, good music, and seemed that fun was being had my all, great Place to get Married, the front desk afternoon staff are the very best. The rooms are relaxing and the beds are extremely comfortable.

  The pool area is family friendly and the staff is more than friendly, the Hotel Valencia is a great place to get married, the service has improved to is consistently four star. Rooms are charming and of course clean too.

  Santana row is a great shopping location and there are a number of restaurants to choose from, hotel is nice and clean, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is delicious and satisfying.

  Clean and nice hotel, great service. Very comfy bed and pillows, good restaurants.

  Pool area too small, not worth the money and travel time.
