I found the hotel's location fantastic and marvellous, short walk to center town, restaurants, stores, the center, and the cable car. It also was helpful to find me a nice restaurant.

Staff were amazing friendly. The location was good and fantastic, next to old town It took only 5 minutes to walk to Grand Signal bus stop.

Some people working there were kind of rude.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing, so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The food was excellent, and the location was perfect, close to the ski lifts, shops, and restaurants. The JoJo Music evenings were super entertaining. The heated saltwater spa was mind-blowing, providing amazing therapeutic benefits for skiers and older family members. There were plenty of spaces and playrooms for children, as well as quiet areas for relaxation. The free wifi was a bonus, and the hotel had a great bar/lounge area. a fantastic experience!

The great feature of the hotel was the the front office staff. A lady by the name of Christine was excellect and very helpfull.

The servives were poor. Not even a tea/coffee maker in the room which is very common these days even in budget hotels

The staff were accommodating, amicable. The food was good with a lot of choice! The location was marvellous, so close to ski funicular and the downtown and center town, restaurants, stores. Sometimes I visited Hotel Olympic in the area.

The restaurant is top-notch, boasting magnificent views and a varied breakfast buffet that will surely satisfy all tastes. The friendly and helpful staff in the restaurant and bar make every dining experience a delight. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to shops, free activities, and even halal food options. Plus, being within walking distance to the ski lifts is a major advantage for winter sport enthusiasts. The hotel truly offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay, with modern rooms and a spacious terrace, although more comfortable seating options would be a nice addition. While the hotel can get a bit noisy during peak holiday periods, the central location more than compensates for it. Finally, discovering the convenient escalator that leads to the street of the hotel was an unexpected surprise for public transport travelers.

Almost perfect.

Spent Easter holiday at this Swiss hotel and had a great time. The proximity to the ski lifts was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The wellness center was a pleasant surprise, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options from which to choose, and the quality of the food was great.

The hotel is outdated, from decor to amenities. The lack of a fridge or a kettle in the room was a drawback, and the rooms' size was not ideal for the price.

We had a fantastic stay at this mountain hotel. The room was clean, tidy, and had stunning views from the balcony. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the location was perfect, with easy access to the ski lift and the center of the town. The staff were extremely friendly and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Although there were a few minor inconveniences, such as the small bathroom and the lack of English TV channels, overall we highly recommend this hotel for its excellent views, friendly staff, and convenient location.
