    Good location, nice design and lovely fireplace in the lobby. Furthermore very friendly staff and gorgeous room. Happy hour at the bar, great breakfast and gave us excellent dinner recommendations.

    Very handy to have a tram stop right outside the front door, the hotel staff is great and std room is pretty small. Is very comfortable - we enjoyed drinks there sitting around the free-standing fire circle - very cosy.

    We go on a lot of city breaks & this was the best contiental breakfast we've ever had and the hotel staff were all extremely friendly. We really enjoyed the complimentary coffee service throughout the day.

    Rooms facing the street were a bit noisy the trams were running directly outside, not helped by only single glazed windows.

    Near tram stop only 3 stops from the Dam and the location of the hotel is ideal - out of the immediate centre. Staff are very helpful and friendly, we are glad we booked the largest room as they are not very big.
