Great proximity to all sorts of transportation and location was good.

The location is perfect - just a few blocks to Union Square and all the attractions nearby.

Excellent location for the Cable Cars and Shops of Union Square, good Restaurants in close vicinity.

It is also a block away from the BART station so getting to and from the airport is a breeze.

It has great access to public transportation (the cable car runs right out front) and the bus line and underground are only a two block walk away.

Room #503 was large (10-12 foot ceilings), had a separate sink and vanity, window in the bathroom (shower/tub), and two large queen beds.

It has access to a restaurant but I do not think it belongs to the hotel - breakfast there was fine and a reasonable price but we preferred the betty boop diner across the road.

Would definitely go back there if visiting SF and would recommend it - again location was great with transport, restaurants, shops all on the doorstep.

They suggested some lively spots and bars to to go to at nights as well as restaurants.

Of course there are lots of restaurants nearby, and great sourdough from Boudin.

There are tons of restaurants nearby, who needs air conditioning it's San Francisco, and wireless internet throughout the hotel makes it easy to stay connected.

On the first impression the reception area/lobby was well presented, the staff was friendly and the concierge was more than helpful.

The hotel reception staff were extremely welcoming, polite and helpful.

Parking is expensive at the hotel (29/nite) but hey that's how it is everywhere in that area.

This hotel has many cute features and their parking lot, once you find it, is convenient HOWEVER this hotel has many difficulties to overcome and I simply cannot recommend it.

Loved the 5-6 free wine hour in the renovated and very metropolitan-chic lobby.

Nothing wrong with that, however, little has been done to update the facilities to provide for modern conveniences, save for the free high speed wireless internet.
