  Overall, for the price and the location, i was really happy, the entire atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. The staff were great, the manager was also very friendly and helpful, our room was cute, clean and comfortable.

  Within walking distance of fantastic restaurants, shopping, and San Francisco sightseeing, great Hotel. Complimentary wine in lobby every afternoon, excellent service and the staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable and clean.

  We loved the location, and was close to alot of fun things around Union Square, the hotel desk manager was efficient. Staff were helpful and friendly, actually, my room, small, was fine. The bathtub was great.

  The location is excellent and definitely the rooms facing hte street are the best. Pier 39 is awesome, the front lobby does look good and staff could not have been more helpful and nice. Sure, in San Francisco you can open the window and things cool down, lots of great restaurants close by, too.

  Good diners across the road for breakfast, awesome Location and the hotel self has a lot of nice character and everything is efficient. The staff is superb and the rooms, very small, are quite comfortable.
