Great location, stylish boutique hotel and reception was very knowledgeable.

Great location, reasonable stay and service well makes up for.

The location is OK; it isn't in the hustle and bustle of Palermo, and you should definitely know that it is a walk to the rest of the sites and sounds of Palermo.

In any event, it's only half an hour on foot to Quatto Canto, and the frequent buses along via Roma whisk you around quickly if you don't want to walk.

We arrived after a stressful journey (for anyone flying from Dublin to Trapani on Ryanair, the last bus leaves before the flight gets in and it costs €150 to get a taxi to Palermo).

Our room was elegantly decorated with a large bathroom, enormous bed, Sky TV, room safe and sofa.

A party of six, we had booked two double rooms and one junior suite, and as a surprising perk at check in we were given two junior suites and one double room.

The room was very nicely presented with a huge double bed and a very nice bathroom.

The room was a bit designer with a rainfall type shower head in bath (but overall small bathroom, with shower taking up half the space).

Rooms are very well appointed with flat screen tv's, stereo systems, up-to-date bathrooms.

We had breakfast in the room one morning but found that you get more to eat in the bar.

I stayed in one very elegant hotel where all the breakfast, including yoghurt was put out the night before and the coffee was so bad we went to a nearby bar for coffee and croissant despite having paid for breakfast in the hotel.

That street has lots of shops and restaurants.

Within walking distance to the Politema Theater and historic center, just blocks from the city's better shopping districts and immediately in the area are some wonderful restaurants.

A great shower and good breakfast etc etc.

The receptionist was very knowledgeable about the area, our room was excellent for a hotel of this category and the staff were among the most helpful we encountered in Sicily.

The hotel room was rather large for Italy and the reception staff was very friendly.

Good bathroom, astonishingly high ceilings and the reception staff were extremely helpful in recommending restaurants.

Parking for the car was free and directly accessed from the hotel lobby.

No hotel facilities (eg swimming pool/gym/bar) to speak of.

If you have a car, the easy off-street parking is a plus.

The free wi-fi connection unfortunately was very slow.

Helpful during our stay, nice staff and the room was very clean.

The room at the hotel was huge and was super clean.
